It is fortuitous that you are resting after your recent operation as we have much to download into you, to awaken memories that have long since been forgotten. The information is of past lives and the work done then, the work and the information will be of great help with today, with the move that is being made to the ascension, the transformation and information that it will bring.

In Lemuria, you were able to connect to other worlds, you were part of a vast collection of beings that supervised and kept the Universal Cosmic Spirituality in harmony and peace between the planets, also brought back information that the beings on earth needed to progress and grow. This connection with other planets needs to be healed and rejoiced in again, you are already in contact but it will be more consciously done, you will be guided to speak to others from other planets and they in turn will be guided to speak with you. It is important that this connection is made more powerful as the world, your planet, needs the information that you can receive from this connection. There are many like you that will be communicating with other planets, it will be something that will be showing itself in the New Year to come (2009).

We move on to the lifetimes in Atlantis where you worked with many spiritual masters, names of many you know well. You were also connected to the crystal conclave, The Universal Hierarchy and spiritual beings. You lived at one time between the two, the world and the Universe. You know many ways of healing from these lives, such as the 7 spheres with Mother Mary, in the Divine Temple of Atlantis, crystal healing, healing with Angels and Elementals; you carry this information within you, in your DNA. With the downloading you are receiving at this time it will awaken the information slowly within you and with the help of your friend Edwin Courtenay you will be able to activate the knowledge you have within you. Mankind needs this knowledge to help him through the ascension. In the summer of 2009 you will be showing and teaching people these healings techniques.

During your rest time, meditation and just being yourself is all that you need to do.

Spirit asked that while I was away I would bring down the light, the new colours and the sound from the Universe and put them into each place that I visited to awaken the Atlantian Crystals that are there. The first place that we visited was Athens.

Once upon the boat I went to the top deck and started to bring the energy, the light and colours down, the sound was more like a beat, perhaps the heartbeat of the Universe. I allowed this power which was very powerful to go into the land that was there, straight away the crystal cluster showed itself, it was a large whole crystal with blue and streaks of red and grey, I saw them awaken, they seemed to be dull one moment and then start to come to life with beautiful sparkling colours.

I was told that the awakening of the crystals would bring transformation and a great deal of information to the consciousness of the people of the Middle East, it would open up their awareness of Atlantian wisdom, spirituality, love and way of being in those days. The wisdom would help people to be more at one with one another, it will take time as all things do but this was the start of Middle East awareness of Spirit and the Ascension.

The second port of call was Kataklon, Greece, a small island. Again the crystals awoke and I found myself looking at clusters of small, quite brightly coloured crystals which when awoken were most beautiful. Corfu was the next stop, there the crystals were many small crystals but just as aware of being awoken as the other ones.

On to Alexandra, Egypt, here there were many crystals, some vast mountainous crystals with small ones growing on the top of them and then so many small ones they looked like the sandy desert that was the earth above but all waiting to be awoken and as though a light was switched on they came into life. What a beautiful sight! Then on to Iraklion, Greece, here Spirit said that these crystals that were being awoken by me now were the energy of the Atlantis Crystal of the Middle East and they were like the stabilizer, that was why they had to be awoken first as all the others would eventually come back into radiating out their information and power to help the Human Race to go forward. Iraklion was a lovely island and the crystals buried beneath it were also very lovely.

The next Island was Santorini, Greece. It is a picture post card island with great cliffs with stark white houses on the top looking like snow as you enter the bay to disembark. There were scattered piles of crystals here. This is a volcanic Island so this could have something to do with their spread out appearance, they were mostly clear crystals, just the odd one in a turquoise. Mykonos Greece was our next call and this is by far the one that was a surprise; great clumps of crystals like small mountains, sea colours, blues and greens, ready and waiting to be awoken, as though by bush telegraph they had been told to expect the awakening which of course they had but it was a surprise, so alive so vibrant.

Then on to Turkey, Izmir which is a bustling busy place and the crystals took a bit longer to connect with but they were there and eventually awoken to reveal beauty as all the crystals had up until then, and the next day on to Istanbul, another busy place but before I took my leave of this very pleasant happy holiday I connected to Mother Earth, thanked her for allowing this powerful energy to go into her most secret places, her crystals, then connected up to the Universe and allowed the energy that had been running through me to go back to the Universe where the Universe would keep that chain reaction going, into Mother Earth through all the Crystals then back to the Universe until all the crystals were at full power. I thank Spirit for allowing me to work for them.

I am Lady Sarah, Ascended Master, guide of the Age of Aquarius. I welcome all those who wish to move forward into the New Era, the Golden Era, it is a time when still in your physical form you can become Divine, when the bridges between Spirit, the masters, the Angels and you will become easier to cross, in fact in time the bridges will disappear.

It will be as it should be, the communications will be perfect and complete, no interference from within or without, you will be totally Unconditional Love. It is a way of life that you have all been trying to aspire to get back to since man lost the art of love, true love, unconditional love, so long ago. With unconditional love comes peace of mind, peace of body, this means no pain, no karma; all roads lead to being Divine.

The Divine Mother Sophia has an Order of Priestesses and I also am to have an Order of Priests and Priestesses, which will be called “The Order of the Divine Sarah” which all who would like to become part of will be initiated into by this channel.

This channel has the blessing of Spirit to do this Initiation. The Initiation will take place during a gathering of people, where each person will be blessed by myself with a symbol and anointed with oil, after this you will be part of my Order.

So dear ones it is an exciting time with much change, much transformation, it also means that some will have a little discomfort, perhaps the joints of the body aching, searching for answers, asking for some guidance, not being able to let go of old teachings that have long been out of date. This is not always a bad thing, to have a little discomfort, as it means that you have started to clear yourself of the old ready to let in the new.

The transformation, the changes, will help to take you to another level, so that you can connect with humanity through love, connect with Spirit with ease. There is so much more to come, and I am the hand being held out to you to guide you.
